What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, intimate wear, all sales are FINAL. Accessories can be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days for a store credit. Have a question? Please contact us via email shopprettywashere@gmail.com
how long does it take for my items to ship?
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address on file. Please allow 1-3 business days for a tracking number. Items are shipped via USPS and FedEx. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs the warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. Please contact your local postal department for any concerns with your package.
What is the best way to clean my Exotic Wear?
We recommend washing your items by hand or placing items in a linen bag on gentle to maintain the quality of your items.
